1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77baji platform and all its services. By using 77baji through the website, mobile application, or any other means, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

77baji is an online gaming and betting platform that provides live casino, slot games, sports betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms define the legal relationship between the user and 77baji.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on 77baji, users must meet the following conditions:

• Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The information provided at the time of registration must be your own — using another person's information is not allowed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

77baji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. We may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for withdrawal requests or security purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 77baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka), the same for each method.

• When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts or credit cards are prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical error, notify the support team immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Winnings earned with a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious activity, a withdrawal request may be delayed for review.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these bonuses is subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — please read the detailed terms of each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the promotion.
• Any attempt to use bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
• 77baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

77baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
• Being found to be a minor.
• By order of a court or government authority.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account. In this case, please contact the support team. All legitimate withdrawable balances will be returned before account closure, excluding forfeited bonuses and suspicious winnings.

11 Limitation of Liability

77baji will not be held liable for the following:

• Any bet lost due to internet disconnection or technical error.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors with third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Loss caused by a user's lack of awareness of the laws applicable in their country.
• Service suspended due to natural disaster or force majeure circumstances.
